Shipping policy

At Label It Custom, we aim to deliver your orders safely and on time. This page outlines our shipping process, estimated delivery timelines, and what to expect once your order is placed.

Shipping Methods

We offer standard shipping across India through trusted courier partners.

• Ready-to-ship orders: Delivered within 5–7 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
• Custom-made orders: Since each piece is made to order, please allow 7–15 business days for production and delivery.

Shipping Costs

We provide free shipping PAN India on all orders. There are no additional taxes or hidden charges at checkout.

Shipping Destinations

We ship across India and also offer international shipping for select countries. Please contact our support team for details on international delivery options.

Order Processing

After you place your order, it will be processed as follows:

• Same day: If the order is placed before 3 PM.
• Next day: If the order is placed after 3 PM.
• Weekend orders: Orders placed after 3 PM on Saturday will be processed on Monday.

Custom orders may require additional processing time depending on design and fabric availability.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email or SMS notification with a tracking link to monitor your delivery status.

Delivery Process

If the courier is unable to deliver on the first attempt, they will re-attempt delivery or contact you to arrange a suitable time.
If the package cannot be delivered after multiple attempts, it will be returned to our warehouse.

Changing Delivery Address

If you need to update your delivery address, please contact us within 4 hours of placing your order so we can make the necessary changes before dispatch.

Order Cancellations

• Ready-to-ship orders: Can be cancelled free of charge before dispatch.
• Custom-made orders: Cannot be cancelled, as they are created exclusively based on your preferences once production begins.

Shipping Restrictions

In rare cases, if your address falls under an unserviceable location, we reserve the right to cancel the order. You will be notified immediately and a full refund will be processed.

Delays Beyond Our Control

Please note that delivery timelines are estimated, not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather, festivals, logistics disruptions, or natural events.
